1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Each product is made to order, meaning it is produced only after a purchase is placed.
- Production time varies depending on the product type and order volume but typically takes 2 to 7 business days before shipment.
- Orders are processed from fulfillment centers located in different countries, ensuring optimized delivery times.
- Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times vary based on the destination and are calculated at checkout. Below are general estimates:

- If a package is lost in transit, we will work with Printful to investigate. Resolutions may include re-shipping or refunding the order, depending on the case.
6. Address Errors & Non-Deliverable Packages
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
- Algarve Souvenirs is not responsible for undelivered packages due to address errors made by the customer.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as Printful begins fulfillment immediately.

8. Delays & Force Majeure
