Return Policy – Algarve Souvenirs

At Algarve Souvenirs, we want to ensure that you have the best shopping experience possible. All our products are made on demand, meaning they are specially produced for you as soon as you place an order. As a result, our return policy follows specific guidelines.
Below, we explain everything you need to know about exchanges, returns, and refunds.
1. Orders with Quality Issues or Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order so we can review your request.
What to do?
- Send an email to help@algarvesouvenirs.com with the subject: “Issue with Order #[Order Number]”.
- Include clear photos of the defective product and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide a response within 5 business days.
If a manufacturing issue is confirmed, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.
2. Incorrect Items or Shipping Issues
If you received a different product from what you ordered, please follow the same contact process within 14 days of receipt.
Possible Solutions
- If there is an error in customization/printing, we will send a replacement at no cost.
- If the issue occurred due to incorrect information provided by the customer (such as a wrong delivery address), the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
3. Returns and Refunds
Since all products are made on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Exceptions
- If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we may offer a refund or replacement as mentioned above.
- Refunds are only processed if an issue with the order is confirmed.
Refund Process
- If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method and may take 10 to 15 business days to be completed.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are processed for production. Since we work with on-demand manufacturing, we cannot cancel orders once production has started.

5. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order was lost or not delivered, please contact us for further review.
- If the shipping address provided was incorrect, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a new shipment.
- If the issue was caused by the carrier, we will arrange a new shipment at no additional cost.
For International Orders
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and logistical delays. If your order is delayed, we recommend waiting up to 30 days before requesting support.
6. Sale Items and Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
